THE FISHERMAN

Jonathan and his Boss, David, went fishing up American Fork Canyon Saturday morning. This was an adventure full of firsts for Jonathan - catching a fish, killing a fish, cleaning a fish & cooking a fish. He caught 4 rainbow trout!! He said he had to stick his thumb in the fish mouth and snap its neck then slice it and clean out all the guts - yuck!! Then our Neighbor Marcus Smith came over and helped him cook the fish. I know what you are all thinking: Why couldn't I help him cook the fish? Well, for many reasons - 1. Fish are gross. 2. I don't cook fish and therefore am not that good at it. and 3. I never let Jonathan do anything in the kitchen so this was the perfect opportunity (although I did have a few pointers for the seasoning)
