It's Bath Time!

Marcus loves to take baths! So much so that right after he gets dressed in the morning he says "Mom, I want to take a bath!" So he gets undressed and I put him in the bath and he plays for at least an hour! It also helps to get some food down him since he is in one place and can't run away from me.

Happy Birthday Marcus!

Marcus had a wonderful 3rd birthday! We had a Go, Diego. Go! Birthday Party with all his friends, it was a blast. I had so much fun putting it together, It only took me 5 days to put it together and it lasted an hour and a half (and that was stretching it out!). I have a ton more pictures I want to post but need to doctor them a bit. So here is the Birthday Boy!!

He also had a party at preschool. We made and decorated cupcakes and took them to share with his class. We his friends spinning tops for a prize. Notice the sticker on his shirt Missy, his teacher, gave it to him.

Marcus wants to say:
"Happy Birthday to my friends"

Labor Day 2007

Jon's Photo

Luke, Marcus, Elly, Abby & Elle

Luke & Marcus are great friends. They first met in nursery and we have Luke over to play every now and them!

Nice Photo Shot Jon!

We went with our friends up the American Fork Canyon Labor Day morning for breakfast. The men woke up at 5:30 and headed up early to take some pictures. Well, I should actually say that Chad & Tim & Karter woke up at 5:30, Jon had to be woken up by rocks thrown at our bedroom window at 6:00 because he forgot to turn on the alarm. Good thing he had his clothes all picked out... We had a great time eating french toast and bacon, doing a "little" hiking and enjoying the crisp mountain air. Thank you boys for the breakfast!

Hey Seth, Say Cheese!!

Marcus...What are you doing? Oh well, looks like fun!

We love going to Thanksgiving Point, We actually have a yearly pass because it is so fun and so close. We went to the gardens and took some pictures on Saturday. I must admit I get a little jealous when we go because I wish my yard looked like theirs!!

Seven Peaks

We had Seven Peaks Water Park passes this summer...We only went a handful of times and were planning on ending the summer with a bang when the reported that the swimming water in Utah was contaminated with a parasite that made you really sick. I guess every summer about 35 people get it and this summer there was something like 400 people who had been diagnosed with it! So our summer swimming is over but we had fun. These are pictures of our last trip with the Tanaka's and our cousin Eliza and her friend.

I forgot the little ones...Braxton & Seth! Ouch, Seth don't pull his hair!!

Grandma & Granpa Bacon come for a visit!

Hey Grandpa!!

The Boys

We Love you Grandma!!

Grandma & Grandpa Bacon came to visit us on July 6th for a week. They had a time share in Park City where we got to stay for the whole week! They had an indoor swimming pool that was lots of fun and a fun balcony to watch the sunset. We ate at the Bacon's favorite restaurant, Subway & Pizza Hut and cooked a lot at home. Surprisingly the boys slept really well, Marcus slept in a sleeping bag that he thought was great and so "big boyish". Jon would commute from Draper which made for a long day but it was nice to have him around at night and that he could have time to visit with his parents.

Grandma & Grandpa Bacon took us for a ride on the Heber Creeper Train when they came to visit. Grandpa Bacon loves trains just as much, if not more, then Marcus.

Then we went to lunch at Dairy Keen home of the Train Burger!
What a fun day, thanks Grandma & Grandpa Bacon

Fireworks at Thanksgiving Point

We had a wonderful family outing to see the fireworks. We layed out on a blanket on the grass and waited for the fireworks. Dad bought Marcus some glow rings and they had fun spinning them around. Marcus and Seth loved the fireworks. Marcus would say WOW after each one and Seth's eyes were as big as golf balls.
